Unlimited calls to anywhere in the World?

Will there every be unlimited calling plan to any country in the world. I see how these VOIP companies provide calls to Europe, Asia, etc, but no Africa. Does any one these forum know of company that would provide this unlimited service to anywhere in the world (landline & mobile) Feedback

Africa is heavily controlled voice infrastructure and hard to get VoIP into or out of.
If your able to get some broadband, DSL or satellite Internet access, we may be able to help with VoIP to VoIP calling. You will not get unlimited calls unless you have VoIP on both sides of the call. Unlimited from Africa to other countries is available but not inbound. All you need is our open hardware and setup in Africa then create a bridge at that location for local number calling. Contact us for a consultation on how this would work.
We now have a couple new WorldWide, 20 countries Unlimited plans available. They are not on the web site yet so contact us directly. These plans will be about $69.95 with one time setup fees.
