Hi,

We have a satellite link in Spain and it stopped working 4 days ago. Can anyone tell me if ouranos-networks.net has closed down or do they have a technical issue. We have called then but we only get the voice menu and are kept on hold for ever.

We are a customer - got through to our accounts contact on Friday - she said it was a technical problem. Very early this morning I got through to their website which had a scrolling banner saying would be back up in 48 hours ( dated 17/9). Have been unsuccessful contacting them today. Feeling of deja vu anyone?

I got an email back from Ouranus-networks Quote "Dear Sir,

We are vey sorry about this outage and are presently taking all
measures to recover the service.

This should be on again this week end or latest monday.

We can't get dialup in Spain. Our connection was supplying internet access to 100 customers over a wireless network. My colleage out there doesn't have any other communication routes apart from SMS ...we are in the process of adding a 10KM link in to 8MB ADSL circuit.

Can't find the website for Ouranos and can only presume they are not offering a service anymore.
