Can anyone help me to find a low cost 2 way satellite internet solution in Albania. I am in the capital city of Tirana, and have a clear view of the sky in all directions. I would like at least 256 upload, and 1mb download or more. I am a missionary in this country, and don't have a lot of extra money to spend, so I can't use some of these companies with very high costs.
