Well, I reviewed your topic on the other forum and can take little exception with any of their advice. Is/are there some other answer(s) you're looking for her. I ask, because some folks ask a question, and keep looking till they find the answer they want to hear.
I'll take minor exception to the cable answers though. Wrapping cable around the mounting armlike that is very unprofessional, and I'm sure it well exceeds the minimum bend radius spec. Exceeding bend radius puts both the center conductor and the shield layer at risk. If your signal ground is interrupted (shield layer) static can build up in both the IDU and the ODU. If the center conductor gets stretched, it changes the resistance of the entire cable run.
I don't like twinned cable when there's a transmitter involved anyway. If money is no object, it's probably about time you dump the composite dish and 1st generation transmitter - and get a rig like your neighbor's got. Then you can start comparing apples to apples.
