net2plus fogotten password

i am using net2plus modem, my problem is that the modem is not accepting the administrative password both admin.....P@55w0rd! and iDirect. i need someone to help me on how to retreive my password back.thanks

Your current service provider should be able to assist with the password if you're connected. Otherwise you'll need to recover the modem. I'll be happy to email you the recovery procedure that would allow you to reload the options file if you are still in need.
