I need to receive badr4 channels

Hi all,
I'm resident in Germany, and heard recently about badr4, so i tried to fix my receiver to catch the signal and it did work, but i found different satellites but can't find badr 4!
I'm not that professional in this field Sad

So could anyone tell me what to do in steps to get these channels

BADR4 is at 26 east orbit longitude.

Than u very much, I did all that but nothin' happened Sad

dunno, but is there a relation between the diameter of the dish and the abillity of receiving the Arabic channels cuz my dish is 80 cm in diameter and i'm able to receive the Arabic channels via hotbird but not on badr 4
