Contacting Hughes Network when trbl arrives

I don't know if this is a proper topic for this forum, but I am having trouble with my Hughes satellite reception at times and I don't know how to get in contact for this type of call....anyone know how to go about this? Thanks

You can start here: https://customercare.myhughesnet.com/ . Those that get no satisfaction using that route usually ask at forums like this. Since you didn't specify your problem, I can't help at this time. But if the folks in India can't rectify your issue(s), c'mon back
