Why is WildBlue so slow ?

I hope this is temporary.. but the last few days the connection and page loads have gotten SLOW>>
I mean slower than my old dial up..
I really hope this isn't the norm.. since we're in it for a year..

You should phone tech support, register your complaint and ask them to evaluate your SVT numbers. What they see often suggests whether or not your dish has moved, or if you've possibly developed a TRIA or cable path problem
