Live at Canim Lake BC - dial up! Unsure which provider to use - seems like all have their faults.  Because we are off the beaten path  want something reliable - price competitive and VOIP capability.  Being connected is important.  I can get Wildblue in Canada now?  Fellow reviewers have Xplornet issues.  Lots of $$ HELP@!
