I am trying to find providers of two-way high speed internet service for Ilocos Norte.  The extended family lives in a small village outside of Vintar (near Laoag) and has electricity but not phone wires.  One has to hold the cell phone just so and stay still to be able to talk.  I doubt they will ever get wired telephone service.

I have looked around Google but have not found anything that really hits the mark.  Looking for something like HughesNet but RP coverage.

Looking for a service that I can put VOIP on (as well as internet access) to get better rates and quality for keeping in contact with the family.  Sad that they have a computer and no internet!
