Multichoice's DSTV on Eutelsat Sesat and W4

Hi I would like to know if anyone out there receives DSTV via Eutelsat w4 or Sesat on 36 degrees East?

because i would like to know what list of channels they when they use the following parameters

11476 H 29000-3/4

and 11476 H 26480-3/4?

This test can be done using a FTA digital reciever

Please will someone help. You need to be in Southern Africa. Beam peak is north west Zambia, east Angola, south DR Congo.
