has anyone ever heard of a retail company paying a tech 225.00 dollars per install and the only thing the tech needs to pay for is grounding blocks. a friend of mine that installs w/b also was offered this please tell me what you think. i only get payed 120.00 dollars per install thanks e-mail  me  johnfreedomwireless at yahoo.com
