IDIRECT STATUS LED OFF after reboot

hello all
since this morning the status LED of my idirect go OFF after reboot and the pther led are solid green what could be the problem ?

Its is the Configuration Upgrade from your ISP. There was probably an upgrade test during that Hour. But i guess your internet browsing is fine.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the illumination of the STATUS light has changed with recent iDS software (iDirect).

The status light is only illuminated if the modem/sat router is part of a TRANSEC network. If the modem is not in a TRANSEC network then the STATUS light is off.

The above is applicable for iDS 7.X and later softwares

foster , you need to be more specific...
can you browse, can you telnet or access the unit with Isite?

If all other LED's are Green including the NET LED and you are still able to browse, mail etc. then the previous comment on version upgrade is most likely the cause.

In the recent release of software versions, capable of Transec a green Status LED indicates the remote is in transec mode, if the LED is off the remote is not in transec. As long as the Status LED is not RED and the other LED's are all green your modem is fine.
