Cost of iDirect netmodem 3100

I was using a iDirect netmodem3100 and it went wrong. Local staff ineffecient and always talks about replacement with new and ask for over 2400 USD. Is it a correct price ? Is it possible to buy in USA or India ? Please help !

Do you not have warranty on the unit Gifty? What are the problems that it is displaying?

we need more clerifacation ....

do u have NMII+ OR infinity 3100???
if u have a NMII+ the changing process is very very costly of 2400 .. you just will change the modem its take 1400 - 1600 $ for the modem .. this cost for IRAQ .. if u r in US or Indea that will be less than..

the idiect 3100 price is 1300 $ from dubai price on20/1/2008
the net||+ lees then 1000 $ im not sure ifound one may be used ???

plz be more SPECIFIC, u have a MODEM only by 1300 and in iraq i have modem with all equapments extended band with 1700 ...
