Can anyone provide C Band VSAT in Bamenda Cameroon

Dear All
I am in London and would like to start an internet cafe in Bamenda, Cameroon. I need to find out the best and cheapest service possible. Hope to get 512kb/s and have 25 computers. Please let me know the equipment that i need to bye and the cost of the monthly rental. I will also need to buy 25 pentium 4 pc's and switch. Anybody with ideas or provider please email me. I love these requests for the "best and cheapest" as these two words do not belong in the same sentence together! The best is never the cheapest, and the cheapest is never the best. As with most things in life, you tend to get what you pay for....
