Netmodem II Plus Problem or ISp

Hello Good day. My modem takes too much time to lock TX then NET. sometimes as much as 2hrs. on re alignment I got signal strength of 16.8v. My snr is 11.6.
What cld be my problem pls.

Sounds like you are properly pointed. 

My guess is that your initial power is set either too HIGH, or too LOW in your options file and your busrts are arriving at the hub either above, or below the UCP parameters (Uplink Control parameters) defined in the config at the Hub.   

You need to talk with the provider and determine the best setting.  I am almost certain that this is the case. Most HNOs have their UCP set to 9 or 10 db C/N (Sweet spot). If you arrive too high or too low from that value you arent getting in. 

NMII+s are legacy modems.  You might want to consider upgrading if it is in your budget.
