There appears to be a need for self help, and education for iDirect customers.

It also appears that some systems are sold/exchanged without any direction, little information for the end customer, maybe a lack of an installer?

Does anyone has suggestions for best FAQ sites for IDirect?

In addition, where are the best free educational websites to learn about iDirect indoor Modems.

What are the best online paid sites to learn these subjects?

a listing of web sites, online training courses would help many here at this site?

There is a HUGE FAQ on the iDirect TACs website. That, and a plethora of information on just about anything related to iDirect (Satellite routers, NMS, PPs, software, etc). If your ISP isnt providing you some of that documentation and giving you the service that you expect, tell them that they are lacking in that area.

Some of the info on the TAC isnt for the average VSAT user but there is quite a bit of data on there that is.

I log into the TAC daily. Just to check for updates, notices, or to read something. I have pretty much PRINTED everything on that site.
