Dear All,

I am in a critical situation, I am looking forward for your kind support please. The story is like that:

I have a new position in our new VSAT section as a Network Operation Support, the section have only a team leader and me for now , no one know in the iDirect systems but me (only in the Remote site (iSite) as a worked as installer before and the team leader of the section.

The problem is that after we done installing the new hub, my team leader went for one month vacation and came back with resignation letter as he found a new career in other country. Now I am the only one who will be responsible in front of the management for any VSAT-wise activities, and for that I started learning the  iMonitor and the iBuilder systems and so far I am doing good.

But the problem that I want to know everything that I should be aware about to run such a system because the team leader is leaving without handing over for me in the smooth way and he looks wont to do that nicely or he may be busy with his clearance stuff, I don't know, I just want to make sure I have a full list of information I should know and to provide this list to my managers in order to push him to give out this "hidden" information.

I will be thankful if you can help me with that, because if this guy left, I will be alone and maybe even get punched if I can't run this iDirect stuff.
