unlocking an idirect 3000 series moden

how do i unlock an idirect 3000 series that has the message
THIS REMOTE CANNOT BE USE FOR THIS NETWORK.
because it was working very well on the previous firmware and changing it to a newer firmware the above message is been display

There is no way to unlock iDirect infiniti modem that has been locked by rlock command. only iDirect and the service provider who locked it can do that.

It is not an easy, if you are located at Iraq then I can help you by changing modem with used one.
