Condition #7, Boot-up sequence:
    Improper Boot-up sequence observed via the ‘Console Port’
Indication:
    NetModem hangs or displays errors during boot-up sequence
Possible Cause(s):
1. Improperly loaded/corrupted Application, Images or Options files
2. Incompatible software versions loaded
Corrective Action(s):
1. Reload Application, Images or Options files as required
2. Reload compatible Application, Images or Options files as required

Well, and after I has read a lot of manuals for iDirect Net Modems and without find the solution, I keep wondering, how can i make any of this two "Corrective Actions", can somebody tell me how I can do that?

I havent been in a NMII+ (and its PEACOCK process) in a long time (at least 4 years).

I am not going to be of much help.  I would start with a reimage and fresh options file if you can break into that boot sequence.  I use to remember how, way back when.

Well, the solution was so easy, i did not know that, when the modem hangs and stay on the boot loader console, it continues being with the ip connectivity, and then i can connect using the isite as admin (using the p@55w0rd! without mattering what password has been set on the modem, Grin i'm new in this), and then reload the new options file, application, images or whatever, if needed, and that was all.

thanks to everyone that did help me (TDMAMike, ahmelect)...
