bell express vu in Florida

Hi
New to this stuff.
My Dad, in Florida, has Bell Express Vu and can not got all the channels that are purchased. They seen to come and go.
They are in the Plant City area and he has the "3100" receiver.
Any suggestions?

Hopefully I'm not violating any copyright rules, but this map should demonstrate the problem with receiving some Nimiq signals on the east and west coasts of CONUS. Without more info to go on, I'm going to suggest that part of the problem may be the use of an 18" dish in that part of the footprint.

Their signal seems strong but the programs come and go. One day they will have a few channels and other days they will have all.
