VPN over iDirect (PP2P, IPSec, etc..)

Hi There,

I have a customer with a 3100 modem who wants to connect via his VSAT modem to his HQ through VPN. The customer use the normal Windows XP bulid in VPN connection but he failed to connect. When change his connection from VSAT to the normal dail-up, the VPN connection works!, I hope any one have an idea about what I can do to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

HQ will have to enable and authorize, or add them to an remote user group so they can make that VPN connection. VPN and RDP will not work unless it's set up inside HQ.

You will have to describe more information so someone can help you out.
Provide more information about HQ. Does HQ have a server and administrator, that would be the individual to speak to, unless you have no servers, then please describe both connection points for everyone here.
