I think you refer to a SatLook

Go this this link Sadoun.com signal meters etc, then, under Signal Meters click on Spectrum Analysers on the left hand side of the page. There are details of various Spectrum Analysers for sale, including Satlook. They sell overseas. ( I get a small commission if you buy anything having followed the link above. )

Alternatively consider looking on eBay for second hand professional spectrum analysers. These are unlikely to be portable, won't generate 13/19v and 22kHz for the LNB and won't demodulate satellite TV signals. It all depends on what you want it for.
