Dear All ,

Need your urgent advise , i f i have the admin access for the iBuilder and iMonitor software , some of our resellers customers who have more than one site need an access to monitor this sites , how can this done using iMonitor

Log into iBuilder

In iBuilder select

"View"
"Manage Users" or "View active users" (dependent on iDS version)

A window will appear on the right.

Those are the users of the software. Build new accounts for your sites and assign them the permissions you want them to have.

Keep in mind that if you make them a SUPER USER you give them total control and they WILL have access to iBuilder. So proceed with caution.

Recommend building them a GUEST type account with maybe Database Reading permissions. That way they cant screw any of your configs up and stay non-intrusive.

Also remember, they will be able to see YOUR network stats....so you better be running a tight ship.
