Hello All
I am doing two installation is Sierra Leone to be specific location one lat 9.34N long 11.33W and location two lat 7.51N and 11.12W.I am pointing to Astra 2B @ 28.2E.
My problem is at the two location the SQF i get is 10 which is the defualt of the modem.At my look angle Azim 111 and 43 i still get SQF 10.
I have check my cable and connectivity and continuaty is good.The LNB I am using is NJR2784 HH which frequency range is up to 11.70Ghz.The dish is 1.2m prodelin.
The provider is transmitting 12Ghz.

Suggestions are solicited to fix the problem.
