Sat connection for school

I am looking for a satellite internet provider for our school. We have a local ISP but it is quite expensive for what we get. 600$ USD for 128kbps. We have 23 computers sharing this connection. Are there any satellite solutions that might be a possibility to increase our speed? We are located on the island of Palau. Any suggestions would be great.
