all LEDs modem orange

hi guys
i after finish install option file for modem iDirect 3100 all LEDs become orange .
whats problem here ?
option file or change LNB rout
note : I have was subscribe with my provider on nss6
and I changed to another provider company work on NSS6 after three month I comeback to first my provider company

1. What iDS version are you using?

2. Is the remote locked by an ISP?

3. What is versions_report telling you? Please ensure that the Phoenix BSP, Image (build) and you options file are all the same iDS version. Versions report will tell you that.

4. From console can you observe the modem get thru Redboot and falcon? Do you see any fatal errors in the boot sequence? Particularly Falcon?

my ISP send to me new option file and they told me adjust the dish after that become all LED green .

I do did that and succeed......

i swear ISP's put inexperienced newbies behind terminals these days and ask them to make option files.

I had an incident just recently where I asked to have private IPs so they had to enable NAT for it to work. Great so far. Then we had all sorts of problems.
We then went back to a public IP but the tech guy refused to remove the NAT option hence no net access. Until he did. 1 whole day of Downtime due to his refusal to disable NAT on a public IP.

I am glad I dont have to deal with that. Whatsoever.

Even if I did, I would find the ISP that has a bunch of all-stars at the controls of iBuilder/iMonitor. I am talking about an ISP that is willing to pay for talent in their ranks.....thus minimizing personnel turnover.
