i really need your help to fine the reason for that outage..
our NOC is HX noc ,, an outage happened on friday No remotes were working but the strange thing that i saw that the outroute is up from the DNCC and the 3 inroutes also were up and the remotes were recieving only and no transmite .. and from the graph i put on my NOC i saw the local timing unit and the echo timing unit were recieving normally.....
the noc returned up only when i swapped between my 2 redundncy tranceivers (TX&RX)
also another outage happend after one week at same day and time but at taht time i swapped the RX only and also noc was up

please,any one can help me ?
