400Mbps needed in Africa

We need 400Mbps of DVB-S2 to cover the whole of sub-saharan Africa

Please let me know if you can provide this.

i can provide you with the capacity but would like more about what kind of equipment you will use,modulation,sites,capacity per site,location and etc.

The more details you provide the easier.
