Please explain more.
Is this a point to point requirement? If so, where do you want the end points ? Do you have a site for a 6.2m or larger size dish at one end ? Do you want the other end at a European or American data centre, for example ? Is this a multidestination application ? If so, to or from how many sites ? Where from and where to coverage area required ?
Why can't the hosting company use a server in a data centre in New York, Amsterdam, Paris or London etc ? What kind of traffic is involved ? Video, audio, web pages ?
The bit rates you request are technically possible via satellite, but expensive. It may be difficult to find sufficient spare capacity. When do you need it and could provision be in stages ?
What do you mean by cheaper ? Cheaper than what price please say ? What price have you been quoted already ? What price were you expecting ?
How many $million do you have available as an up front down payment for the first few months of service ? 215 Mbit/s will be about $1,000,000 per month.
