hi all,
any body have a technical information about the M0D1-NB HLC, and where to use and when? i mean, why they deploy it while they have M0D1 which gives higher data rate (4.2 Mbps) on the inbound traffic.

The MOD1-NB line card has the same features as the MOD1 line card but is rate limited to 200 kbps ip rate on the upstream, this line card is used for Narrow Band (NB) networks, the price is more affordable then the normal MOD1 line card.  You can download the specs from www.idirect.net.

The M0D1-NB is slightly cheaper, if you are pushed for budget you can purchase it instead of the non-limited M0D1. I personally dont see any reason why anyone would buy one because the price difference is quite small. You can download the data sheet from the website, www.idirect.net.
