I am looking to start an internet cafe in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In reading about certain East African countries, I am a bit confused about licenses and exporting equipment and even finding a provider. I have dial up now and have downloads of over 100 MB a day and so am also confused about fair use practices that limit downloads to 500 MB a month. Any chance on getting pointed in the right direction? I guess I took too much for granted in the U.S. Thanks in advance for any help concerning this matter.
