Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 Issue on IDirect Network

Hi everyone!

We are facing issue with Application named as " Microsoft Dynamics GP 10" on idirect network. The issue is that the remote user log in to server at HO which takes 15 - 16 minutes over idirect network. This is a very long time to logged in to the server.
Anyone faced this type of issue & any idea about that. Please share us.

All i can tell you is that it is a program called 'Great Plains' which Microsoft distributes.
