PAS4 is same as INTELSAT 4 and is at 72 east.

Look here https://www.lyngsat.com/intel4.html for a promising TV carrier.  Consider C or Ku band and beam coverage of Iraq.  Note your LNB local oscillator frequency.   Tune your receiver.

Use https://www.satsig.net/maps/satellite-dish-pointing-iraq.htm to calculate your az, el and polarisation adjustment.

Set the nominal polarisation, then adjust the polarisation angle.

If you have  a general purpose Ku band satellite TV LNBF with dual polarisation and dual Ku bands set the LNB upright and then apply the polarisation adjustment.  Use the receiver controls to select vertical or horizontal (22 kHz tone) and low or hi band 9.75 or 10.6 GHz LO (13 or 19 volts DC).

Set the beam elevation angle.

Swing the dish boldly and the TV receiver should lock up.

Best regards, Eric.
