4mb access in Bangladesh required

I am intending to go to Bangladesh in November and really have no clue about satellite internet. However I do know that currently I may be able to get a maximum of 1mb in the area I want it.

I will be staying in Sylhet and want to achieve 4mb of download prefer to be unlimited. Can someone please advise my best options.

Of course this is if 4mb is possible.
