Are you a remote user or Hub Network Operator?

8.0.2 comes with GQoS. I hope better to read/understand the concept before play with it. Also, I belive there are GQoS Trainings available to understand... how to configure.. how it works..etc..!

Individual remote MIR/CIR is set from the QOS tab of iBuilder (for the targeted remote).  It is enabled just below the traffic profiles by checking the box on the downstream or upstream (or both) and entering the desired KBps in the text box.  Once completed, you will reboot (push) the unit for the changes to become effective.  Realize that if you configure a remote for CIR BW you are literally slicing off (virtual) BW from your Upstream carrier and making it exclusive to THAT remote if he desires it.  When he is not using it, it will remain available for use by other users.

As for Group QoS, I believe the first opportunity define CIR/MIR in the GQoS hierarchy is at the Applications Group.   Which may be your desired intent...but I am not sure of you application.

I may have not explained my self i want to configur the MIR to all of my remotes not only one or two

I am not sure if you can group edit MIR's for multiple remotes.  I will have to try it before I recommend it.  I know you can group edit certain items (RFT, General Info, etc).....but I am not certain about MIR.

At iBuilder -> Goto View -> Select Details -> Selects the remotes which you want to change MIR (at RH side) -> Right Click and Modify -> Select QoS Tab -> Click "Enable" at Max Info Rate and Input the BW in kbps -> Click "OK" -> Apply Configuration (Hub-Side).
Now you set the MIR for selected Remotes.
Please try with One of your co-located Remote..!! before apply to all remotes at Network..!

Hope this helps..!

The Hub side push is necessary for the downstream side. If the intent is to configure MIR on the upstream you will also see changes pending on the remote side.....which will require a service interruption when pushed.

If you push the upstream changes with Remote-side TCP (reliable) the interruption will be about 45-50 seconds, as it will only reboot/restart falcon.
