The answer to that question is heavily dependent on:
1. The overall network configuration 2. Types of remotes (this plays into #1 above) 3. Types of protocols used by the remotes (TCP, UDP, etc) 4. The estimated/anticipated BW utilization by network/remotes. 5. The type of servers you are using (E335s, E336s, or E3550s). 6. The amount of memory in each of them.
There are networks that literally have hundreds of remotes/users on 2-blade Hub. Others may have considerably less.
It is a good idea to use the top command on each of your PPs to observe statistical data on the blade such as utilizations, load averages, etc. It can also be used to determine if you are maintaining a proper balance of remotes on each blade or if it is time to add a blade.
