Bentley Walker ordered iDirect DVBS2 HUB for Middle East, Afghanistan, Africa and Europe.

The iDirect DVBS2 fully integrated ACM provides over 50% bandwidth efficiency increase.

The plans are to upgrade from DVBS1 to DVBS2.

Be advised iDirect does not presently use an S1 technology. They never have. iDirect iNFINITI uses a proprietary waveform. So technically you are not migrating from S1 to S2.

Regardless, this is good news.

How is BW doing business now? VNO? How do you plan to sustain your current iDirect (iNFINITI) customers through the migration process? Are you going to retain the VNO for your iNFINITI customers and stand up an S2 hub independent of it all?

Give it time and you will soon see the ability to run both waveforms on the hub.
