unable to telnet & open isite

i have 5350 idirect
i can not login with user:root &pass:iDirect
please help me

If you are trying to log in with root and its password then you are obviously logging in on CONSOLE.....correct? If you are trying to telnet you need to use admin and its password.

Be advised, Network Operators normally change their passwords from the default passwords.
