Dear Experts, We have used iDirect Modem 5350 in our projects, right now we encounter a problem, we wonder you could help us with following question: 1. Rx doesn't lock, this cause interruption of connection. When we reset the device, no longer we could connect to Telnet or insite. 2. How we could recover the password? 3. when we want to connect it via isite, after running isite , IP can not detect the device even manually ( we insert the IP) again we have this error "check the IP" 4. We have set an IP before, it ping and we are not able to telnet
Our connection is point to point (We don't have Hub). The problem is that IP pings but we are not able to Telnet (we don't have this problem when we made use of iDirect 5350). Best regards, Amir
