Hello,

We would like know what kind of trainning , we must take for installing and managing the iDirect HUB

Recommend attending in this order:
1. IOM course
2. Advanced Course
3. GQoS Course

Also recommend a linux course and a CCNA course as well, as you will require such skills to be successful in Hub Management/Network Operations. It is also recommended that you have a strong background in Satellite theory and VSAT networks if your intent is to be successful.

To be able to work with HUB management, installation and troubleshooting, knowledge of CCNA is an asset. Firebrand Training currently deliver a 5 day CCNA course: https://www.firebrandtraining.co.uk/courses/cisco/ccna_2007.asp
