Their enterprise and initiative is to be applauded, not belittled. Please don't discourage people who are trying to help.

I just sent a test email from my personal email address on gmail to kaplanis@kbi-greece.com and sales@kbi-greece.com and I received it. I don't know why you get that message...

Test your email MX record with https://www.intodns.com/

Then tell the ISP that provides you with domain name DNS and mail MX registration so as to get anything wrong put right.
