Just a short question from an absolute laity:

my brother is an international truck driver.
Is there a possibility to receive something like a not too expensive flatrate (including telephone would be perfect) for the "most important areas" of Europe via Satellite (or any other idea)?
The satellite-dish(?) should not be too big, his cabin has just something about 4m³.
