Problems with Optus B3 at 4.45pm Perth

2 months ago, I got a strong satellite dish 95c so I could received Christian Channels on Optus B3. Ever since I got it installed, everyday around 4.45pm - 6pm, then 6.30 - Late into the night (I dont know the exact time I go to bed at 10pm) my christian channels go to pixel then NO signal. I get all the other channels which are mainly arab. The company who installed it wont help me ITECH WORLD. Does anyone know why I lose these channels only between these times? Im in Perth Western australia.

Can you please list some (or all) of the good channels that you can successfully receive with details of name, frequency, polarisation and symbol rate.

When the Christian channel is receivable, please identify the name, frequency, polarisation and symbol rate also.

With the above information we may be able to determine which satellite you are pointed at and come up with some ideas. Optus B3 is in slightly inclined orbit, but this would cause all channels to deteriorate regularly with a repeating daily pattern. I am not certain that you are pointed at Optus B3. Why do you think you are aimed at Optus B3 ?.
