modem rebooting

hello everybody,
am having a little issue with my modem it keep rebooting all the time and atime every 30 minutes . am looking forward to anyone response on this .

Bottomline: Your modem is rebooting because falcon_monitor thinks there is a problem with your options file....and there is!)
