Hello everybody,

I want to ask if there is somebody who do has experience with satellite internet in France?
My questions are, how to get it and what are the prices and problems for it?

Thank you

We have service in France by Sat 2 Way which costs 40€ a month plus around 1000 € installation and material. It works well at times and poorly at other times. Has anyone else had experience of this company?

Sat2Way is a reseller of the Tooway service provided by Eutelsat/Skylogic from their teleport in Turin.  The amount of download you get and penalisation for excessive data transfers (upload or download), depends on how much you are paying: Basic, Bronze, Silver or Gold tariff.   The service operation depends primarily on the staff and equipment at Skylogic.  If you are unhappy tell Sat2Way and they can pass the message on to Skylogic.  All customer feedback needs to get right back to Skylogic so they can see the whole picture and do fault/problem diagnosis.

Read more about Tooway and contribute your experience in the  Tooway forum.

Note the plans for the new web portal being developed by Bentley Walker and Skylogic.  Customers will be able to see their fair access (FAP) status and determine how close they are to their traffic limits.

Best regards, Eric.
