I"m not sure what you're looking for. DSL is broadband internet access provided by a telephone company. If you meant "best one-way satellite INTERNET provider", there aren't many to choose from anymore. Do you realize that one-way satellite connections no longer fir the FCC definition of broadband ?
Perhaps if we knew what you intend to use the connection for, someone might be able to come up with a better answer for you. Short of that, try searching Google for one+way+satellite+internet
