Dear Eric, Members,

Am looking to buy a 2.4m antenna in order to gain the required SNR to work on NSS6 Ku - MEA beam  in southern Sudan.

I've tested the site with 1.8m Andrew Ku Tx/RX antenna and my SNR on my SatMeter was: 9dB am looking to get SNR value of:  12 - 13dB it should be enough to work with the ISP

The site coordinates are:

Longitude(deg min sec E/W)      32d 21.02' E
Latitude(deg min sec N/S)      10d 32.35' N
Altitude      390m

My question is Can i get the required SNR if we upgraded it to 2.4m brand new antenna.

If yes, which one is better for us is it:

1- Prodelin 2.4m ku Tx/Rx

Or

2- Andrew 2.4m ku Tx/Rx

Would you like to change provider and use IS-10? We have best rates and great service on KU.
