HX50 TX Error - BW

Are there any HX50's up and running right now? Ours is down for a TX10 error. After monitoring the fair share page for the hx50's nobody is listed, so that leads me to think there is something wrong at the NOC.

Well, it came up for a while and is now back down. Is anybody else having these problems?

we continue to have problems staying connected. Our signal hasn't changed either. This is by far the worst we have seen. Unfortunately, we can't call because the phones are down.
