We recently got our HX 50 here in Taji, Iraq and are trying to get every thing working. We are locked on to W3a Europe at 92, but our modem isn't finishing the complete setup. It says it got the first heartbeat, but it just keeps re-boating every 2 minutes or so. We've left it like this for a couple of hours. We went back and checked in the manual commissioning and every thing looks good.  We also unplugged the modem for about a minute then turned it back on and it still isn't working. Any ideas?
